FOR BARE CONCRETE, GUNITE, MARCITE OR PLASTER: Mix 1 gallon of Clean & Prep Solution with 2 gallons of water. Cleans approximately 400 square feet. Use garden sprayer for even application of product. Use Clean & Prep at a temperature no lower than 50° or higher than 85°F. Do not let solution set. Once solution is applied and foaming appears, begin scrubbing immediately with a stiff bristle brush/broom. Be sure the heavily soiled areas (such as waterline, steps or regular foot paths on concrete decks) are scrubbed well. After cleaning, triple rinse the surface using a garden hose (do not power wash) with a strong, steady stream of clean water, while scrubbing to ensure complete removal of all material. Do not let the solution dry on the surface between rinsing. Rinse all at once. Triple rinsing is urged to ensure all of the solution is removed and the surface has been properly cleaned. Prior to painting with a solvent based coating, perform a condensation test per the instructions on the Ramuc product label to ensure a thoroughly dry surface.

Please be advised that certain manufacturers - including Pentair® (with their TradeGrade® products), Jandy®/Fluidra® (with their Trade Series Exclusive™ products), and Hayward® (with their Expert Line® products) - do not honor manufacturer warranties on specific product lines purchased online.
These policies are intentionally enforced by the manufacturers to prevent customers from purchasing the same products at lower prices online.
Warranty coverage for these products is generally only available when purchased in person from an authorized local dealer.
While we strive to take care of our customers by offering the lowest possible prices on brand new, genuine products, we do not provide warranty coverage ourselves, nor can we guarantee that the manufacturer will honor the warranty on products purchased from our online store.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm warranty eligibility directly with the manufacturer before making a purchase.
If you are a local customer, you may be able to purchase these items in-store and obtain manufacturer warranty coverage. However, for many of our customers across the country, paying significantly more locally just to access a manufacturer warranty often doesn’t make financial sense, especially when some local suppliers charge considerably higher prices.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for warranty support or claims denied by the manufacturer due to their online sales restrictions.
