Order Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled only if customer submits an order cancellation request and if the order has not been shipped yet.
To cancel an unshipped order please submit Order Cancellation Request.
Most orders will be processed within 1 business day, if ordered products are in stock. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
Delivery business days are estimated. Actual delivery time may vary.
Shipping costs are only estimated for US. At this time we do not support international shipments.
Hawaii and some rural locations may require additional delivery time and additional charges.
BestPoolShop.com is not responsible for shipping or other delays caused by events beyond our control.
Orders may require signature delivery confirmation. To release signature requirement, please contact us before your order is shipped.
Please do not return without authorization from BestPoolShop.com. Any return without authorization will be declined.
All products must be returned in original, UNUSED, NEW condition with original boxes.
Orders must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. The delivery date is determined by the tracking information provided.
The customer must obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) by filling out and submitting the Return Request Form.
There will be minimum 20% restocking fee applied to all qualified returns.
There is no return on electrical items.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping via an insured, trackable method.
Items must be returned in the original box and/or packaging with a copy of the original invoice.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Local Pickup lets you buy qualifying items online and pick them up from our location.
During checkout, choose Local Pickup as shipping method. Place your order and wait to receive a “Ready for pickup” e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation.)
Bring your ID, credit card, and order number to the store and pick up your items.
Only person who submitted the order can pickup.
