Swimtrine Plus algaecide is a highly concentrated copper based algaecide especially designed to kill mustard and green algae. When used regularly, it also prevents the regrowth of all types of algae. Applications:
Normal:
- Dilute with at least nine parts of water in bucket before applying. For visable algae: Apply 3 oz. per 10,000 gallons. For prevention of algae: Apply 1.5 oz. per 10,000 gallons every other week.
- Pour solution around the edge of pool where algae occurs. It is best to apply solution in the morning on sunny days for maximum effectiveness.
