Please be advised that certain manufacturers - including Pentair® (with their TradeGrade® products), Jandy®/Fluidra® (with their Trade Series Exclusive™ products), and Hayward® (with their Expert Line® products) - do not honor manufacturer warranties on specific product lines purchased online.
These policies are intentionally enforced by the manufacturers to prevent customers from purchasing the same products at lower prices online.
Warranty coverage for these products is generally only available when purchased in person from an authorized local dealer.
While we strive to take care of our customers by offering the lowest possible prices on brand new, genuine products, we do not provide warranty coverage ourselves, nor can we guarantee that the manufacturer will honor the warranty on products purchased from our online store.
