• In order to qualify for the rebate, the unit must be purchased and professionally installed (cleaners do not require professional installation) between April 1, 2021, and September 30, 2021. Must be redeemed online or by mail within 30 days of purchase.

• Claims with incomplete information will not be honored. Sales receipt and rebate form are required.
