The 018857F Raypak® AVIA PC Board Kit is the correct replacement control board kit for AVIA Model 264 pool and spa heaters. This kit is designed to replace the heater’s PC board responsible for managing ignition and temperature control functions, helping restore normal startup sequence, stable burner operation, and consistent water temperature regulation.
When the main control/ignition board begins to fail, AVIA heaters may experience intermittent operation or complete no-start conditions. Common symptoms can include ignition failure or repeated retries, burner short-cycling, unexpected shutdowns, erratic temperature behavior, lockout conditions, and recurring service faults related to the ignition and control system.
